About the seminars
Teachers teaching in the frame of the mainstream education have not been educated how to face diversity in general and how to meet the needs of disadvantaged learners in particular.
The project SOIL will train up to 100 teachers from 6 countries in 3-days seminars on innovative approved best practices. These methods are about a new thinking design, how to empower learners to use peer-learning (learning office), how to motivate them and make learning fun (multimedia advocacy and personalised learning with smartphones and tablets) and how to communicate in the classroom at diverse ability levels (capito).
The project expertise is provided by atempo Austria, RIX/University East London UK and Schule im Aufbruch Germany.
